摘 要:高职校园文化与企业文化融合的意义在于帮助学生更好地适应社会需求,提升就业竞争力,促进学校与企业之间的紧密合作,实现优势互补。但校企协同文化育人理念、校企文化融合机制等因素阻碍了校企文化融合的进程,在校企文化融合的过程中,务必追求共赢,确保企业文化与高职教育理念的有机结合;同时,高职院校需要保持自己的文化独特性,有策略地融合企业文化元素,完善校企文化融合育人制度,从而实现校园文化与企业文化融合的良性互动与发展,为教育事业和社会发展带来新的活力和动力。The significance of the integration of campus culture and enterprise culture in higher vocational education is to help students better adapt to the needs of society,enhance the competitiveness of employment,promote close cooperation between schools and enterprises,and realize the complementarity of advantages.However,factors such as the concept of school-enterprise collaborative cultural education and the mechanism of school-enterprise cultural integration have hindered the process of cultural integration between schools and enterprises.In the process of school-enterprise cultural integration,it is important to pursue a win-win situation and ensure the combination of enterprise culture and higher vocational education concepts.At the same time,higher vocational colleges and universities need to maintain their cultural uniqueness,strategically integrate elements of corporate culture,and improve the school-enterprise cultural integration and ed-ucation system,so as to realize the benign interaction and development of campus culture and corporate culture integration,and bring new vitality and power to the development of education and society.
