摘　　要：导师组培养模式对于增强高校创新创业活动实效、提升人才培养质量、推动高校教育改革具有重要意义。它的构建与实践是一个涉及多方面因素的复杂过程。本文阐述了当前“互联网+”和人工智能飞速发展时代背景下该模式对大学生开展创新创业赛事活动的重要性,并分析了它在实际应用中的优势与问题,并提出了相应的优化策略。The cultivation mode of tutor group is of great significance for enhancing the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship activities in universities,improving the quality of talent training and promoting the reform of college education.Its construction and practice is a complicated process involving many factors.This paper expounds the importance of this model for college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship competitions under the background of the rapid development of“Internet+”and artificial intelligence,and analyzes its advantages and problems in practical application,as well as puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.
