培育拔尖创新人才须克服“标准化”教育形态的局限

摘  要:尽快培育一大批拔尖创新人才是我国科技自立自强的重中之重。我国长期形成的“标准化”教育形态对培育拔尖创新人才有诸多不利之处。为此,需要突破不利于学生内生驱动力发展、不利于学生非线性思维发展、不利于学生自主探索能力发展以及教师缺乏培育拔尖创新人才专业素养等方面的局限,让具有拔尖创新潜质的学生得以健康成长。Fostering a large number of top-notch innovative talents as soon as possible is the top priority for China’s technological self-reliance and strength.The long-standing standardized education mode in China has many disadvantages.Therefore,it is necessary to breakthrough the limitations in areas such as those that hinder the development of students’intrinsic motivation,impede the development of students’nonlinear thinking,restrict students’ability for independent exploration,and result in teachers’lacking of professional competence required to cultivate exceptional innovative talents,which will allow students with outstanding innovative potential to grow healthily.
