摘  要:建设高质量基础教育教师队伍是建设教育强国的基础性工程。构建高质量基础教育教师发展体系,是新时代基础教育高质量发展的必然要求,也是建设高素质教师队伍的重要举措。当前需要以法律法规的建立健全来为教师发展提供强有力的法治保障,为构建高质量基础教育教师发展体系创造良好的制度环境。基于江苏的实践,构建高质量基础教育教师发展体系还需进一步明确协同发展的体系架构、培育持续发展的创新文化、推进技术赋能的深度融合和强化科学有力的法治保障。Building a high-quality teacher workforce for basic education is a foundational project in establishing China as a leader in education.Constructing a high-quality teacher development system for basic education is not only a necessary requirement for achieving high-quality development in basic education in the new era but also a crucial initiative for building a team of well-qualified teachers.At present,it is essential to strengthen the legal framework to provide robust legal protections for teacher development and create a favorable institutional environment for constructing a high-quality teacher development system.Based on practices in Jiangsu,constructing such a system requires further clarifying the framework for coordinated development,fostering a culture of innovation for sustainable growth,promoting the deep integration of technology empowerment,and reinforcing strong and effective legal safeguards.
