摘 要:在终身教育视野下,职业教育的目标进一步拓展为培养个体具备可持续发展的职业能力,使其能在不同的职业阶段和人生历程中,适应不断变化的职业环境和社会需求。可持续发展的职业能力正是残障人士普遍缺乏但又至关重要的,特殊职业教育肩负着为残障群体提供专业技能培训、促进其融入社会并实现自我价值的重大使命。随着人工智能的发展,其在特殊职业教育中的应用日益成为教育领域的重要研究方向。通过梳理相关成果和分析实际案例,研究揭示了人工智能在特殊职业教育中的应用现状、挑战及发展趋势,探讨了终身教育视野下人工智能赋能特殊职业教育的路径,为残障人士终身教育的数字化转型提供理论支持和实践指导。From the perspective of lifelong education,the goal of vocational education has been further expanded to cultivate individuals with sustainable vocational capabilities,enabling them to adapt to the constantly changing vocational environment and social needs at different vocational stages and throughout their lives.Sustainable vocational capabilities are precisely what the disabled generally lack but are of crucial importance.Special vocational education shoulders the significant mission of providing professional skills training for people with disabilities,promoting their integration into society and achieving their self-worth.With the development of artificial intelligence,its application in special vocational education has increasingly become an important research direction in the field of education.By sorting out relevant achievements and analyzing actual cases,the research reveals the current application status,challenges and development trends of artificial intelligence in special vocational education,and explores the path of artificial intelligence empowering special vocational education from the perspective of lifelong education,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the digital transformation of lifelong education for the disabled.
