摘 要:目的探讨护理本科基础护理学课程“专创融合”教学实践的效果。方法便利抽样法选取某高校护理本科二年级学生(以下简称护生)为研究对象。采用历史对照研究设计,将2021级护生设为对照组(n=117),2022级护生设为干预组(n=100)。对照组采用常规教学法,干预组采用“专创融合”教学法,比较两组护生在课程学习效果和大学生创新创业能力方面的差异。结果教学后,干预组在基础护理学课程考核成绩和《大学生创新创业能力自评量表》得分上均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“专创融合”教学实践可提升护生的基础护理学课程学习效果和创新创业能力。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the“Integration of Specialization and Innovation”teaching practice in the Basic Nursing course for undergraduate nursing students.Methods A convenience sampling method was employed to select second-year undergraduate nursing students from a certain university as research subjects.A historical control study design was adopted.The 2021 cohort was designated as the control group(n=117),while the 2022 cohort served as the intervention group(n=100).The control group received conventional teaching methods,whereas the intervention group experienced“Integration of Specialization and Innovation”teaching methods.The learning outcomes and entrepreneurial innovation capabilities between both groups were compared.Results After implementation,assessment scores in Basic Nursing courses and self-evaluation scores on college students’entrepreneurial innovation capability scale were significantly higher in the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching practice of“Integration of Specialization and Innovation”can enhance nursing students’learning outcomes in Basic Nursing courses as well as their entrepreneurial innovation abilities.
