摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,转型高校应用型人才培养模式的创新成为高等教育改革的重要课题。文章阐释应用型人才培养的相关教育理论,提出转型高校应用型人才培养的新模式,从目标、内容、方法、体系、评价五个方面对转型高校应用型人才培养进行了创新探讨,并以黑龙江科技大学为案例展示创新模式在实践中的具体应用和成效,旨在为转型高校提供人才培养模式的参考范式,以期促进应用型人才培养与社会需求的深度融合。With the rapid development of social economy,the innovation of the training mode for applied talents in transformational universities has become an important issue inthe reform of higher education.The paper explains relevant educational theories of training applied talents,proposes a new mode for the training of applied talents in transformational universities,and innovatively explores the innovation of training applied talents in transformational universities from five aspects:goals,contents,methods,system,and evaluation.Taking Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology as a case study,it demonstrates the specific application and effectiveness of the innovative mode in practice,aiming to provide a reference paradigm for talent training mode in transformational universities and promote the deep integration of applied talent training with social needs.
