摘  要:高职教育作为培养高素质技能型人才的重要阵地,其教育质量与成效日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。随着产业升级和科技进步,企业对人才的需求不仅局限于专业技能的掌握,更加注重人才的职业素养和思想道德品质。基于此,文章深入探讨职业素养教育在高职教育中的重要性,分析高职思政课程与职业素养深度融合的理论基础,提出相关教学路径以实现两者的深度融合,旨在培养既具备专业技能又拥有良好职业素养和思政素养的高素质技能型人才。As an important battlefield for cultivating high-quality skill-oriented talents,vocational education has increasingly attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society for its educational quality and effectiveness.With the upgrading of industries and technological progress,enterprises’demand for talents is not limited to mastering professional skills,but pays more attention to the professional and moral qualities of talents.Based on this,the article deeply explores the importance of professional literacy education in higher vocational education,analyzes the theoretical basis for the deep integration of ideological and political courses and professional literacy in higher vocational education,and proposes relevant teaching path to achieve the deep integration of the two.The aim is to cultivate high-quality skill-oriented talents who possess both professional skills and good professional and ideological and political literacy.
