摘 要:目的探讨在伤口造口失禁专科护士培训中应用角色扮演式反思训练对其反思能力的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取某省伤口造口失禁专科护士培训基地2023年招收的30名学员为对照组,2024年招收的27名学员为试验组。对照组采用常规培训方式,试验组在常规培训基础上加入角色扮演式反思训练,包括反思理论课程、角色扮演、书写反思日志。培训后比较两组学员临床反思能力。结果培训后,试验组临床反思能力得分为(93.26±3.17)分,对照组得分为(88.97±3.32)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.982,P<0.001)。结论将角色扮演式反思训练应用于伤口造口失禁专科护士培训中可提高学员的反思能力。Objective To explore the effect of role-playing reflective training on reflective ability in the training of wound ostomy incontinence specialty nurses.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 30 trainees enrolled in 2023 as the control group and 27 trainees enrolled in 2024 as the experimental group.The control group received routine training,and the experimental group added role-playing reflective training on the basis of routine training,including reflective theory courses,role-playing,and writing reflective journals.After training,the clinical reflection ability of the two groups was compared.Results After training,the score of clinical reflection ability in the experimental group(93.26±3.17)was higher than that in the control group(88.97±3.32),and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.982,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of role-playing reflective training in the training of wound ostomy incontinence specialist nurses can improve their reflective ability.
