摘　　要：产教融合是鲁班工坊的核心建设原则,鲁班工坊产教融合就是要通过院校高准入、企业高水平、融合高质量,服务中资企业“走出去”,培养本土技术技能人才。鲁班工坊目前面临地方政策僵化、产教融合度低、组织结构松散等问题。在国家明确要统筹做好“引进来”和“走出去”两篇大文章,依托鲁班工坊培养技术人才构建人类命运共同体的政策前提下,综合运用国家、市场和合作等多重治理逻辑分析,认为应加强顶层规划设计、健全保障激励机制,夯实平台服务功能、提升产教融合建设能力,发挥企业主体作用、打造优势合作品牌,为中国职教出海提供示范和引领。The integration of industry and education is the core principle of building Luban Workshops,the goal of the Luban Workshop's industry-education integration is to train local technical talents urgently needed by Chinese enterprises through high standards for college entry,high-level corporate involvement and high-quality integration,to support Chinese enterprises going global.At present,Luban Workshops face challenges such as rigid local policies,low integration of industry and education,and loose organizational structure.Following the national strategies of coordinated implementation of"bringing in"and"going global",and relying on Luban Workshops to train technical talents and build a community with a shared future for mankind,this paper,by applying a comprehensive governance approach that involves the country,market and cooperation,argues for strengthening the top-level planning and design,improving mechanisms for providing incentives and protections,enhancing the platform's service functions,boosting the capacity for industry-education integration,and encouraging enterprises to actively create strong cooperative brands,so as to provide a demonstration and guidance for China's vocational education in going global.
