摘　　要：在国家全面实施的乡村振兴战略宏伟蓝图的引领下,江西省农村职业教育肩负着促进地方经济社会繁荣与提升广大农民综合素质的双重使命,其发展状况与成效,成为衡量乡村振兴工作推进深度与广度的关键。深入剖析江西省农村职业教育的当前发展状况,细致梳理其在教育资源分配、教学模式创新、实训基地建设及毕业生就业对接等方面存在的问题与挑战。在此基础上,针对性地提出一系列对策建议,旨在通过优化教育资源配置、强化实践教学能力、拓宽就业渠道等措施,为江西省农村职业教育的发展注入新活力,提供具有前瞻性和可操作性的理论支撑与实践路径,助力乡村振兴战略在江西省的深入实施。Under the guidance of the grand blueprint of the country's comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural vocational education in Jiangxi Province shoulders the dual mission of promoting local economic and social prosperity and improving the comprehensive quality of farmers.Its development status and effectiveness have become the key to measuring the depth and breadth of rural revitalization.This paper deeply analyzes the current development of rural vocational education in Jiangxi Province,and examines the problems and challenges in the allocation of educational resources,the innovation of teaching mode,the construction of training base and the employment of graduates.On this basis,a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in a targeted manner,aiming to inject new vitality into the development of rural vocational education in Jiangxi Province by optimizing the allocation of educational resources,strengthening practical teaching ability and broadening employment channels,so as to provide forward-looking and operable theoretical support and practical pathway to facilitate the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Jiangxi Province.
