摘 要:民族交融态度是各民族成员对民族交融这一进程所持有的稳定的内在心理倾向,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的关键心理机制。研究采用扎根理论研究法,通过对青少年的深度访谈,构建内部因素与外部因素共同发生作用的青少年民族交融态度双维影响因素模型。其中,内部因素涉及人格特质、情绪情感、个体认知和能力素质。外部因素涵盖家庭、学校、同伴和社会四大方面。基于此,研究提出深化教育内容,构建民族交融共识认知框架;优化宣传策略,培育民族交融积极情感氛围;增进群际接触,激发民族交融内生行为潜能等实践路径,以期为培育青少年积极的民族交融态度提供理论支撑和策略支持。The attitude towards ethnic integration is a stable and internal psychological disposition held by members of all the ethnic groups in China towards the process of ethnic integration and is a key psychological mechanism for enhancing a strong sense of the community of the Chinese nation.This study uses a grounded theory approach.Through in-depth interviews with some Chinese adolescents,it constructs a two-dimensional model of influencing factors on the Chinese adolescents attitudes toward ethnic integration,in which internal and external factors occur together.The internal factors include personality traits,emotions,the individual cognition as well as ability and quality.The external factors include the family,the school,the peers and the society.Based on this theoretical model,the study proposes such practical approaches as deepening the educational content to build a consensual cognitive framework for ethnic integration,optimizing publicity strategies to cultivate a positive emotional atmosphere for ethnic integration,and enhancing the intergroup contact to stimulate the endogenous behavioral potential for ethnic integration,with a view to providing some theoretical and strategic support for fostering positive attitudes towards ethnic integration among the Chinese adolescents.
