摘  要:社交沟通障碍是孤独症儿童的核心障碍,是孤独症儿童康复的关键。本文旨在提炼孤独症儿童社交游戏干预的有效模式,验证其效果。先对两家运用社交游戏干预的康复机构进行两个月的课堂观察,并对10名资深孤独症儿童康复师进行半结构化访谈。基于此,梳理社交游戏干预过程中的关键问题,结合理论分析,提炼出“RMSO”社交游戏干预模式。然后,对康复中心24名学龄前孤独症儿童开展控制组前后测实验研究,验证模式的有效性。结果表明,“RMSO”社交游戏干预模式提高学龄前孤独症儿童社交沟通能力效果显著。据此,提出以下教育建议:建立师生亲密关系;以生为本,寻找孤独症儿童的当下兴趣点;根据孤独症儿童特点,提前设计游戏变化。Social communication disorder is the core obstacle of autistic children,and it is the key to the rehabilitation of autistic children.The purpose of this paper is to refine the effective model of social play intervention for autistic children and verify its effect.Firstly,two rehabilitation institutions using social game intervention were observed in the classroom for two months,and 10 senior rehabilitation therapists for autistic children were interviewed in semi-structured interviews.On this basis,the key issues in the process of social game intervention were sorted out,the"RMSO"social game intervention model was refined which was combined with theoretical analysis.And then,24 preschool children with autism in the rehabilitation center were tested be fore and after the control group to verify the effectiveness of the model.The results show that the RMSO social game intervention model has the significant effect on improving the social communication ability of preschool children with autism.Based on this,the following educational suggestions are put forward:establish the close relationship between teachers and students;life-oriented,to find the current interest of autistic children;the game changes are carried out in advance according to the characteristics of autistic children.
