摘  要:大中小学心理健康教育课程一体化建设的核心在于遵循学段学生身心成长规律前提下,贯通大中小教育衔接并指导学生学习生活实践。以学生为中心的朋辈心理辅导课程,贴合学生心理发展需求,通过将理论知识与实践活动相融合,旨在促进学生的个人成长,达成自助与助人的教学目标。大中小朋辈心理辅导课程一体化是开展心理健康教育理论与实践的有机结合,要从教学目标、内容、实践、评价等路径探索建设。The core of the integrated construction of mental health education curriculum in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools lies in following the laws of physical and mental growth of students in different stages,connecting primary,secondary,and tertiary education,and guiding students'learning and life practices.A student-centered peer counseling course that caters to the psychological development needs of students.By integrating theoretical knowledge with practical activities,it aims to promote students'personal growth and achieve the teaching goals of self-help and helping others.The integration of psychological counseling courses for peers in primary,secondary,and tertiary education is an organic combination of theoretical and practical aspects of mental health education,which should be explored and constructed through teaching objectives,content,practice,evaluation,and other paths.
