摘 要:本文聚焦于中高职衔接过程中学生心理适应问题的探讨,特别以高职理化20-1班为实例进行深入分析。对该班级学生在中高职过渡期间的心理状态、学习适应性、人际交往变化等多维度考察,揭示了中高职衔接阶段学生普遍面临的心理挑战,如自我认知的调整、学习压力的增大、人际关系重构等。结果表明,有效的心理健康教育与辅导、建立积极的班级氛围以及提供针对性的学业支持是促进学生顺利过渡的关键因素。本文旨在帮助学生顺利度过中高职衔接的关键时期,实现心理与学业的双重适应,也为理解中高职衔接中的学生心理适应问题提供了实证依据。This article focuses on the exploration of students'psychological adaptation issues in the process of connecting secondary and vocational education,with a particular emphasis on the in-depth analysis of the 20-1 class of vocational science and chemistry.A multidimensional investigation was conducted on the psychological state,learning adaptability,and changes in interpersonal communication of students in this class during the transition period between secondary and vocational education.This revealed the psychological challenges that students commonly face during the transition period between secondary and vocational education,such as adjusting self-awareness,increasing learning pressure,and restructuring interpersonal relationships.The results indicate that effective mental health education and counseling,establishing a positive class atmosphere,and providing targeted academic support are key factors in promoting students'smooth transition.This aims to help students smoothly navigate through the critical period of transition between secondary and vocational education,achieve dual adaptation of psychology and academics,and provide empirical evidence for understanding the psychological adaptation issues of students in the transition between secondary and vocational education.
