摘　　要：2024年1月1日起,《中华人民共和国爱国主义教育法》正式施行。国家旨在以法治方式推动和保障新时代爱国主义教育不断取得新成效。坚持以法治方式推进高校爱国主义教育,既是明晰新时代高校爱国主义教育重要地位的内在要求,也是落实新时代高校爱国主义教育主体责任的重要举措,还是筑牢新时代高校爱国主义教育保障体系的必然选择。新时代新征程,高校要以此次爱国主义教育专门立法为契机,加强党对高校爱国主义教育的全面领导、充实高校爱国主义教育的法治内容、引导青年大学生依法规范爱国言行等,推动新时代高校爱国主义教育持续健康发展。Recently,the state has promulgated and implemented Patriotic Education Law of the People's Republic of China to promote and guarantee patriotic education in the new era by means of the rule of law and constantly achieve new results.Adhering to the rule of law to promote patriotic education in colleges and universities is not only an inherent requirement for clarifying the important position of patriotic education but also an important measure to implement the main responsibility of patriotic education and an inevitable choice to build a solid guarantee system for patriotic education in universities in the new era.With the new era and new journey,universities should take this special legislation on patriotic education as an opportunity to strengthen the overall leadership of the Party on patriotic education in universities,enrich the content of the rule of law on patriotic education in universities and guide young college students to regulate patriotic words and deeds in accordance with the law and promote the sustainable and healthy development of patriotic education in universities in the new era.
