摘　　要：学生的安全是高校开展一切活动的基础。安全教育有利于学生有效提升安全意识、丰富安全知识、掌握安全技能,确保学校平安有序地运行。基于系统理论,高校通过加强安全教育的整体性、增强安全教育的层次性、提高安全教育的协同性,可以构建完善的安全教育体系并使之有效运行。The safety of students is the foundation of all activities in colleges and universities.Safety education is helpful for students to enhance safety awareness,enrich safety knowledge,master safety skills,and ensure the safe and orderly operation of the school.Based on the system theory,by strengthening the integrity of safety education,enhancing the level of safety education,and improving the coordination of safety education,colleges and universities can build a perfect safety education system and make it run effectively.
