摘　　要：学科文化是学科建设之“魂”,学科组织是学科建设之“桥”,学科制度是学科建设之“型”。1927—1938年,国立中央大学从文化、组织、制度三个方面开启了学科建设之路,实现了自身学科的从无到有、从有到强,并逐步形成了符合国情且相对独立的学科体系,成为近代大学学科建设的典范。国立中央大学的经验表明,学科建设必须依托中国国情,服务国家战略需求,构建具有中国特色的学科体系;学科择需布局,保持权力与知识的合理张力;以制度建设为抓手,驱动一流学科建设。Discipline culture is the“soul”of discipline construction,discipline organization is the“bridge”of discipline construction,and discipline system is the“type”of discipline construction.From 1927 to 1938,the National Central University embarked on a path of disciplinary construction from three aspects:culture,organization,and system.It enabled its own disciplines to grow from scratch,from existence to strength,and gradually formed a relatively independent disciplinary system that was in line with the national conditions,becoming a model of modern university disciplinary construction.Its experience has shown that disciplinary construction must rely on China's national conditions,serve the needs of national development,and build a disciplinary system with Chinese characteristics;The discipline is arranged according to the need to maintain the reasonable tension between power and knowledge;Using institutional construction as the starting point to drive the construction of first-class disciplines.
