摘 要:产前诊断的核心技术是胎儿超声检查与遗传学检测。本文阐述胎儿超声检查和遗传学检测各自的优势和研究进展及其互补性,强调临床工作中应依据不同技术的特点、检测效能和卫生经济学效益选择适宜的产前诊断技术,充分发挥胎儿超声和遗传学检测的各自优势和互补特点,不断提高产前诊断水平。The core technologies in prenatal diagnosis are fetal ultrasound examination and genetic testing.This article discusses the advantages,advancements,and complementarity of fetal ultrasound and genetic testing.It emphasizes the selection of appropriate prenatal diagnostic techniques based on the characteristics,testing efficacy,and health-economic benefits of different technologies.By maximizing the individual strengths and complementary features of fetal ultrasound and genetic testing,the overall level of prenatal diagnosis can be continuously improved.
