摘 要:师范类专业认证作为推动我国教师培养质量提升的关键引擎,催生了师范类专业的转型变革。从传统体育教育实习评价模式难点与制约角度出发,指出现有评价对实习的促进性目的不足、针对性内容难于落实、过程性内容难于监控以及客观性标准难于提升是立德树人表现性评价确立的缘由。专业认证与表现性评价两者的耦合效应对学生中心、产出导向和持续改进提供了发展机会。从立德树人、践行师德根本任务出发,提出树立师德信念、学为中心、协作育人和育人成己理念与实施策略,这对于更新与改进我国现有的体育教育实习评价方式,调整与优化我国体育教育实习培养方案,有效提升我国体育教师培养质量有重要意义和实践价值。As a key engine to promote the teacher training quality in China, the certification of teacher education majors has spurred the transformation teacher education majors. From the perspective of the difficulties and constraints of the traditional evaluation model for physical education internships, it is pointed out that the reasons for the establishment of performance evaluation for moral education are the difficulty in achieving the promotional purpose of internships, implementing targeted content, monitoring process content, and improving objective standards. The coupling effect of professional certification and performance evaluation provides development opportunities for student-centered, output oriented, and continuous improvement.Starting from the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and practicing professional ethics, this paper proposes the concepts and implementation strategies of establishing professional ethics beliefs, putting learning at the center, collaborative education, and cultivating oneself. This is of great significance and practical value for updating and improving the existing evaluation methods of physical education internships in China, adjusting and optimizing the training program of physical education internships, and effectively improving the quality of physical education teacher training in China.
