地铁盾构下穿高速铁路路基的变形控制方案研究

摘  要:针对地铁盾构下穿高速铁路路基的变形控制难题,依托石家庄地铁4号线祥云街站-新客运总站盾构区间隧道下穿京广高铁路基工程实例,提出盾构上方MJS注浆、管棚注浆和U型槽路基注浆3种变形控制方案,采用数值仿真方法,对未采用变形控制措施条件下路基及地基的变形模式进行分析,并对比3种方案的变形控制效果。结果表明,在不采用变形控制措施的条件下,在下穿完成时路基会产生超过5 mm的变形,存在安全隐患。MJS注浆和管棚注浆方案能起到降低盾构上方地层变形与控制盾构隧道变形的双重效果,且MJS注浆方案对盾构隧道的变形控制效果较为明显。U型槽路基注浆方案对列车荷载等上部荷载引起变形的抵抗能力强,虽无法有效控制由下部地层损失引起的整体沉陷,但施工便捷,可以通过提高注浆压力起到抬升地层的效果,对路基变形控制效果显著,可以作为路基变形发生后的应急抢险措施。In order to solve the deformation control problem of subway shield tunneling passing through high-speed railway subgrade,based on the example of the shield tunneling section tunnel passing through the Beijing Guangzhou high-speed railway subgrade from Xiangyunjie Station to New Passenger Transport Station of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 4,three deformation control schemes are designed and proposed which considers MJS grouting above the shield tunneling,pipe shed grouting,and U-shaped groove subgrade grouting.This work also analyzed the deformation modes of the roadbed and foundation without deformation control measures,and compared the deformation control effects of three schemes based on numerical simulation methods.The calculation results indicate that without the use of deformation control measures,the roadbed will undergo deformation exceeding 5 mm when the underpass is completed,posing a safety hazard.The MJS grouting and pipe shed grouting schemes can have a dual effect of reducing the deformation of the strata above the shield and controlling the deformation of the shield tunnel,and the MJS grouting scheme has a more significant effect on controlling the deformation of the shield tunnel.The U-shaped groove roadbed grouting scheme has a strong resistance to deformation caused by upper loads such as train loads.Although it cannot effectively control the overall settlement caused by the loss of the lower strata,the construction is convenient and can lift the strata by increasing the grouting pressure.The control effect on roadbed deformation is significant,and it can be used as an emergency rescue measure after roadbed deformation occurs.
