“孤独症手足”的角色认知与自我调适策略研究

摘　　要：“孤独症手足”既是孤独症个体的陪伴者和照顾者,也是其与外部世界进行沟通的中间人,在孤独症个体和社会环境之间扮演着极为重要的角色。运用角色理论分析发现,“孤独症手足”面临角色孤立、角色焦虑、角色冲突以及角色污名等现实困境。为此,应通过多元化的角色调适策略帮助孤独症手足提高角色能力和水平:一是教育赋能,减轻角色孤立感;二是情感供给,缓解角色焦虑;三是活动参与,减少角色冲突;四是社会支持,消弭角色污名。“Autistic Siblings”are not only the companions and caregivers of autistic patients but also the intermediaries between autistic patients and the outside world,playing an extremely important role between autistic patients and the social environment.With adopting role theory,it is not difficult to find that“autistic siblings”face the reality of role isolation,role anxiety,role conflict,and role stigma.Therefore“,autistic siblings”should be helped to improve their role ability and level through diversified role adjustment strategies:firstly,educational empowerment to reduce the sense of role isolation;secondly,emotional provision to alleviate role anxiety;thirdly,participation in activities to reduce role conflict;and fourthly,social support to positively eliminate role stigma.
