摘　　要：传统模式下,高校研究生党员发展和培养存在程序不严、培养方式和内容单一、全过程持续教育开展不充分和主观能动性调动不足等问题。作为一种现代信息处理技术的数字技术与高校研究生党员发展和培养深度耦合,数字技术日益成为筑牢高校研究生党员发展和培养对象思想基础的重要手段。数字技术为高校研究生党员发展和培养提供了互联互通信息交流和考核平台、丰富的在线教育资源、可视化的现实情景虚拟,有利于进一步严格入党程序,增强党性教育内容和形式的针对性和吸引力,加强全过程思想政治考察和培养教育,激发研究生入党主动性和积极性。Under the traditional mode,there are problems in the development and cultivation of graduate Party members incolleges anduniversities,such as lax procedures,single training methods and contents,inadequate continuous education throughout the entire process,insufficient mobilization of subjective initiative.As a modern information processing technology,digital technology is deeply coupled with the development and cultivation of graduate Party members in colleges and universities.Digital technology has increasingly become an important means to build a solid ideological foundation for the development and cultivation of graduate Party members in universities.Digital technology provides an interconnected information exchange and assessment platform for the development and cultivation of graduate Party members in colleges anduniversities,rich online education resources,and visualized real-life scenarios.It is conducive to further tightening the Party membership process,enhancing the pertinence and attraction of Party spirit education content and form,strengthening the entire process of ideological and political inspection and training education,and stimulating graduate students'initiative and enthusiasm for joining the Party.
