乡村振兴背景下涉农高职学生职业价值观培育研究——以杨凌职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴与涉农高职学生职业价值观具有密切的逻辑关系,相互影响、相互促进。以杨凌职业技术学院为例,通过调查分析发现,当前涉农高职学生在职业认知、职业情感、职业意志、职业评价上存在现实矛盾。因此,作为涉农职业院校要积极承担育人使命,从文化浸润、思政引领、联动发力、劳动教育等方面,为涉农高职学生职业价值观提供培育经验。Rural revitalization has a close logical relationship with agriculture-related vocational college students’professional values,which influence and promote each other.This paper takes Yangling Vocational and Technical College as an example,through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are practical contradictions in vocational cognition,vocational emotion,vocational will and vocational evaluation of agriculture-related higher vocational students.Therefore,as agriculture-related vocational colleges,they should actively undertake the mission of education,and provide cultivation experience for the professional values of college students in cultural infiltration,ideological and political guidance,linkage force,and labor education.
