摘　　要：在创新驱动发展战略下,国家对高职院校通过校企合作、产教融合统筹解决人才培养和产业发展“两张皮”的问题提出具体要求。打造高职院校与企业“产学研用服”技术应用研究中心势在必行,将市场化思路运用于高职院校科技成果转化平台中可充分发挥高职院校科技资源优势在区域经济、行业发展中的作用。文章以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院BIM技术应用研究中心校企合作体制机制建设的研究为例,分析“产学研用服”技术应用研究中心的产业链定位,探索中心的建设模式,建设中心管理机制,构建以技术创新和实际应用为导向的复合型高层次创新人才培养体系,为高职院校与企业深入开展科技合作、人才培养提供有效支撑。Under the strategy of innovation-driven development,the country has put forward specific requirements for higher vocational colleges to solve the problem of personnel training and industrial development through college-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration.It is imperative to build a technology application research center for industry,teaching,research,application and service in higher vocational colleges and enterprises.Applying market orientation to the technology achievement transformation platform in higher vocational colleges can fully leverage the advantages of higher vocational college technology resources in regional economic and industry development.This article takes the research on the construction of college-enterprise cooperation mechanism of the BIM Technology Application Research Center of Shaanxi Railway Institute as an example,analyzes the industrial chain positioning of a technology application research center for industry,teaching,research,application and service,explores the construction mode of the center,constructs the center management mechanism,and constructs a composite high-level innovative talent training system guided by technological innovation and practical application,providing effective materials for higher vocational colleges and enterprises to deepen scientific and technological cooperation and talent cultivation.
