翻转课堂联合CPBL教学方法在住培风湿免疫学教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨翻转课堂联合基于案例与问题学习(case and problem-based learning,CPBL)教学方法在住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)风湿免疫学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—8月在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院风湿免疫科参加住培的40名学员为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20名住培学员。试验组住培学员采用翻转课堂联合CPBL教学方法,对照组住培学员采用传统教学方法。教学结束后,通过综合测评成绩,即理论知识和病例分析考核成绩,以及问卷调查结果,对两组住培学员不同教学方法的应用效果进行评价。结果理论知识考核成绩,试验组住培学员评分[(49.70±5.88)分]优于对照组住培学员[(45.00±7.98)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例分析考核成绩,试验组住培学员总分[(33.15±2.83)分]优于对照组住培学员[(28.85±2.03)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,在学习兴趣、教学生动性、疾病理解与诊断能力、临床思维能力、带教满意度等方面,试验组住培学员评分均高于对照组住培学员,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合CPBL教学方法可以提高住培学员风湿免疫学的理论知识水平和临床实践能力,增加住培学员的学习积极性和带教满意度,有效提高了住培教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of the flipped classroom combined with case and problem-based learning(CPBL)in the teaching of rheumatology and immunology in the standardized training of residents.Methods Forty residents who participated in the standardized training of resident in Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,from January to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group(n=20)received the flipped classroom combined with CPBL teaching method,and the control group(n=20)received the traditional teaching method.The teaching effect was comprehensively evaluated through theoretical examination,clinical practice evaluation and questionnaire survey.Results The scores of theoretical examination in the experimental group(49.70±5.88)were higher than the control group(45.00±7.98)(P<0.05).The scores of clinical practice in the experimental group(33.15±2.83)were obviously higher than the control group(28.85±2.03)(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey scores of the experimental group were all better than the control group in terms of learning interest,teaching vividness,disease understanding and diagnosis ability,clinical thinking ability and satisfaction with teaching methods(all P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of flipped classroom combined with CPBL teaching method can improve the theoretical performance,the ability of clinical practice and learning enthusiasm of residents on rheumatology and immunology diseases in the standardized resident training,and is beneficial to clinical teaching.
