摘  要:目的探讨视频反馈教学方法在住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)基本操作技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月—2021年12月在温州医科大学附属平阳医院相关专业住培基地进行心肺复苏术和气管插管术培训的48名学员为研究对象。本研究采用随机对照试验方法,按照随机数字表法,将48名学员分为试验组和对照组,每组24名学员,进行基本操作技能培训。试验组学员采用视频反馈教学方法,对照组学员采用传统教学方法。8周培训结束后,采用自行设计的调查问卷对两组学员进行教学方法实施效果和教学满意度评价,统计两组学员训练时长;其后,两组学员进行心肺复苏术和气管插管术考核,两组考核方法和评分标准相同。结果试验组学员心肺复苏术和气管插管术的考核成绩均优于对照组学员,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组学员对教学效果和教学满意度评价也优于对照组学员,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组学员训练时长比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论视频反馈教学方法有助于提高住培学员基本操作技能的训练成绩,住培学员对其教学效果和教学满意度评价较高。Objective To explore the effect of video feedback teaching in basic operating skills training of standardized residency training.Methods A total of 48 residents in standardized residency training of Affiliated Pingyang Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University who received basic operating skills(cardiopulmonary resuscitation and endotracheal intubation)training from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Residents were divided into the experimental group(n=24)and the control group(n=24)with random table method.The experimental group were received video feedback teaching,while the control group were adopted traditional teaching methods.After 8 weeks,a questionnaire investigation on the application effect and the satisfaction of teaching method was conducted.Then,a test was perform to evaluate the effect of training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and endotracheal intubation,using same standard and method.Record the training time of two groups.Results The test score of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and endotracheal intubation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group respectively(all P<0.05).Questionnaire investigation showed the application effect and the satisfaction score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no difference in the total training time between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Application of video feedback teaching method can effectively improve the residents'test score of the basic operating skills training,and residents have a high evaluation of the satisfaction and the teaching effect.
