摘 要:社学是古代地方政府在基层社会设立的初等教育机构。明清时期赣南地区社学大体经历了一个发展、衰弱、复兴、衰败的过程,各县社学的兴建与地方官员重视程度、人口数量、经济发达等息息相关,在县域空间分布形态上呈现不规律、非均质特征。王阳明巡抚南赣期间,广兴社学,促进了社学的官学化与制度化,极大推动了赣南地区社学的修建与发展。明清时期赣南社学的兴修,不仅推动了明清赣南地方教育的发展,同时起着维护地方社会秩序的作用。明清时期兴修社学,将乡里童生纳入地方社会之中加以教育与规范,实为地方政府社会治理的重要手段,扩大了基层治理的社会基础。The community school is a primary education institution established by ancient local governments in grass-roots society.The community school in Gannan(赣南)region went through a process of development,decline,revival,and eventual decay during the Ming and Qing dynasties.The construction of community school in each county is closely related to the level of attention given by local officials,population size,and the level of economic development.The spatial distribution of Gannan community school presented irregular and different characteristics.During Wang Yangming's(王阳明)reign in NanGan(南赣),the rise of community school promoted its official and institutionalized development,greatly promoting the construction and development of community school in the NanGan region.The establishment of community school in Gannan during the Ming and Qing dynasties not only promoted the development of local education in Gannan,but also played a role in maintaining local social order.The rise of community school during the Ming and Qing dynasties,which brought rural children into local society to educate and regulate,was actually an important way of social governance of local government,expanding the social foundation of grassroots governance.
