父母冲突与中职生生涯适应力的关系——一个有调节的中介模型

摘　　要：为考察父母冲突与中职生生涯适应力的关系及其作用机制,采用父母冲突问卷、父母消极生涯教养方式问卷、教师支持问卷以及生涯适应问卷对1796名中职生进行调查。结果发现:父母冲突显著负向预测中职生生涯适应力;父母生涯干涉、父母生涯缺位在父母冲突与中职生生涯适应力之间分别起部分中介作用,但两条路径的差异不显著;教师支持显著调节中介模型的前半路径。结果表明:父母冲突直接影响中职生生涯适应力,亦会通过父母生涯干涉或父母生涯缺位间接影响中职生生涯适应力,且父母冲突对父母生涯干涉或父母生涯缺位的影响随着教师支持的提高而有所减弱,值得注意的是,父母冲突水平较低时,教师支持对父母生涯干涉或父母生涯缺位具有缓冲作用;当父母冲突水平较高时,教师支持对父母生涯干涉或父母生涯缺位的缓冲效应减弱。In order to investigate the relationship between parental conflict and secondary vocational students'career adaptability and its action mechanism,1796 secondary vocational students were investigated through parental conflict questionnaire,parents'negative career parenting style questionnaire,teacher support questionnaire and career adaptation questionnaire.The results show that parental conflict significantly negatively predicts the adaptability of secondary vocational students;parental interference and parental absence play some roles between parental conflict and secondary vocational students,but the difference between the two paths is not significant;teachers support the first half path of the mediation model.The results show that parental conflict directly affects the adaptability of secondary vocational students,and also indirectly affects the adaptability of secondary vocational students through parental career interference or parental career absence,and the influence of parental conflict on parents'career interference or parental career absence is weakened with the improvement of teacher support.It is important to note that when the level of parental conflict is low,teacher support exerts a buffering effect on parental career intervention or parental career absence;however,when the level of parental conflict is high,this buffering effect of teacher support on parental career intervention or parental career absence.
