摘  要:现代化教学要求学校加强对数字化教研的重视,数字化教研对提升教学质量具有重要的作用。数字化教研要求教师提升知识、技能、教学方式和观念,以成为“四有”好教师,响应社会和人才培养需求。在开放大学学历教育、非学历教育教学实践中,高效的数字化教研平台、优化的管理模式及数字化资源能够发挥强大的优势,对促进教师职业的发展有积极的影响。Modern teaching requires schools to pay more attention to digital teaching and research,which plays an important role in improving teaching quality.Digital teaching and research call for teachers to enhance their knowledge,skills,teaching methods,and mindset in order to become“four-haves”good teachers and respond to the demands of society and talent development.In the teaching practices of both degree and non-degree education in open universities,efficient digital teaching and research platform,optimized management mode and digital resources can play a strong role and have a positive impact on promoting the professional development of teachers.
