摘 要:采用扎根理论,使用深度访谈法对15名60岁以上老年人进行数据收集,用Nvivo 12软件对访谈资料进行编码分析。发现老年人在融入数字社会过程中呈现出数字技术学习特殊性、既往教育影响、数字环境排斥、学习渠道狭窄、难以适应技术更新等情况。老年人数字素养提升障碍、数字社会参与困境、数字技术服务限制等问题亟待解决。基于此,提出通过开放高校及构建社区教学点、开展家庭教育,向老年人提供数字教育支持;政策助力智慧养老产品供给;提升老年人内生动力,促进主动学习等建议。在全社会范围内构建老年人数字教育支持体系,促进老年人数字社会融入,增强老年人在数字社会中的参与感和幸福感。Based on the grounded theory,this study collected data from 15 elderly people over 60 years old by in-depth interviews,and coded and analyzed the interview data with Nvivo 12 software.It is found that in the process of integrating into the digital society,the elderly show the particularity of digital technology learning,the influence of previous education,the exclusion of digital environment,the narrow learning channels,and the difficulty in adapting to technological updates.Problems such as obstacles to the improvement of digital literacy of the elderly,difficulties in digital society participation and restrictions on digital technology services need to be solved urgently.Based on this,suggestions are proposed such as providing digital education support to the elderly by opening colleges and universities,building community teaching points and carrying out family education,policies helping the supply of smart old-age products,improving the endogenous motivation of the elderly and promoting active learning.It aims to build a digital education support system for the elderly in the whole society,promote the integration of the elderly into the digital society,and enhance their sense of participation and happiness in the digital society.
