双一流学科建设背景下专业体育院校图书馆员科研表现与培育路径  

Scientific Research Performance and Cultivation Paths of Librarians in Sports Universities under the Background of Double First-Class Discipline Construction

摘　　要：体育院校图书馆员的科研水平不仅是图书馆建设水平标志之一,也是其开展信息服务、助力高校科研的重要基础。对全国14所专业体育院校图书馆员发文情况进行调查,围绕总发文量和核心期刊发文量、作者职称、作者学历、基金课题支持、发文被引频次等方面进行统计与分析。研究发现:馆际发文差异显著,体育核心期刊发文较多;馆际课题存在差异,课题级别有待提升;体育学高被引论文多,有待加强;中级本科为科研主力,正高博士科研活跃度不高。研究认为,图书馆需从以下几个方面来努力:强化科研激励,明晰双一流学科知识中心定位;提升科研服务意识,筑牢双一流学科基石;加强馆际交流合作,共享双一流学科成果;组团队提升科研能力,支撑双一流学科建设。The research level of librarians in sports universities is not only one of the indicators of library construction level,but also an important foundation for conducting information services and supporting scientific research in higher education institutions.A survey was conducted on the publication status of librarians in 14 sports colleges and universities across the country,with statistics and analysis conducted in terms of total publication volume,publication volume in core journals,author titles,author qualifications,funding support for research projects,and citation frequency of published articles.The findings revealed significant differences in inter-library publications,with more publications in core sports journals;there are differences in inter-library topics,and the level of topics needs to be optimized;there are many highly cited papers in sports studies,and there is a need to strengthen graphic and emotional studies;intermediate undergraduate programs have become the main force in scientific research,while doctoral programs have low research activity. Research suggests that libraries need to make efforts in the following areas: strengthening research incentives and clarifying the positioning of knowledge centers in Double First-Class disciplines;enhancing the awareness of scientific research services and building a solid foundation for Double First-Class disciplines;strengthening inter-library exchange and cooperation and sharing the achievements of Double First-Class disciplines;teaming up to enhance research capabilities and support the construction of Double First-Class disciplines.
