摘　　要：路障石是交通管理和交通安全中用于限制车辆行驶和控制的设施。为了解决在路障石上绘图难、绘图不精、耗时间、人体危害大的问题,达到靓化街道、宣传警示的目的,文中设计了一种路障石球面喷绘机,该机器基于球面喷绘技术,采用激光定位灯和定位传感器对距离和角度进行动态调整和计算,将颜料喷绘到路障石球面指定位置上,通过球面路径规划改变喷头的喷射高度以调节喷头轨迹间距的变化,实现涂层的均匀性。为验证设计合理性,使用Solid Works软件完成了三维建模,并采用COSMOSWorks进行关键零部件的仿真分析。结果显示,曲面轨道固定器的最大应力为2.92 MPa,最大位移量为0.005 mm,证明该设计具有良好的合理性和可行性。该机器的研发为城市公共设施建设提供了一种新的思路。Barricade stones are facilities used in traffic management and traffic safety to restrict the movement and control of vehicles.In order to solve the problems of difficult drawing,poor drawing,time-consuming,and great harm to the human body on the barricade stone,the purpose of beautifying the street and publicizing the warning is achieved.Based on spherical spraying technology,this paper designs a barricade stone spherical inkjet printer,which uses laser positioning lamp and positioning sensor to dynamically adjust and calculate the distance and angle,sprays the pigment to the designated position of the barricade stone spherical surface,and adjusts the change of the trajectory spacing of the nozzle by changing the spray height of the spherical path planning to achieve the uniformity of the coating.In order to verify the design rationality,SolidWorks software is used to build 3D model,and COSMOSWorks is used to simulate key components.The results show that the maximum stress of the curved track holder is 2.92 MPa and the maximum displacement is 0.005 mm,indicating that the design has good rationality and feasibility.The research and development of this machine provides a new idea for the construction of urban public facilities.
