我国农村幼儿园教师专业发展研究的主题与展望——基于CNKI文献的可视化分析

摘  要:本文借助CiteSpace软件,运用科学图谱可视化分析方法,定量分析了2007-2022年期间我国农村幼儿园教师专业发展的研究成果。结果表明,农村幼儿园教师专业发展的研究成果在不断增加,但是其核心作者群和研究人员之间的合作网络尚未成熟。研究主题主要包括现状研究、影响因素研究、提升对策研究以及教师培训研究。展望未来,应深化农村幼儿园教师专业化培养研究、健全农村幼儿教师专业发展的评价体系、构建农村幼儿教师专业发展的影响模型、运用多学科视角研究农村幼儿教师专业发展以及加强农村幼儿教师专业发展的比较研究。With the help of CiteSpace software,this paper quantitatively analyzes the research results of the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers in China from 2007 to 2022 by using the visualization analysis method of scientific atlas.The results show that the research results of the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers are increasing,but the cooperation network between the core group of authors and researchers is not mature.The main research topics include current situation research,influencing factors research,promotion countermeasures research and teacher training research.Looking forward to the future,we should deepen the research on professional training of rural kindergarten teachers,improve the evaluation system of professional development of rural kindergarten teachers,build the impact model of professional development of rural kindergarten teachers,study the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers from a multidisciplinary perspective,and strengthen the comparative research on professional development of rural kindergarten teachers.
