口腔修复应用二氧化锆修复体对患者炎症因子水平变化及咀嚼能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体的价值。方法:研究纳入2023年2月~2024年2月科室接受口腔修复治疗的95例患者,对患者进行随机编号后采取随机抽取法分为两组,对照组与观察组分别49例、46例患者,对照组行常规口腔修复干预,观察组应用二氧化锆修复体干预,对不同干预效果(炎症因子、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、牙龈指数、口腔咬合力、咀嚼力)进行比较分析。结果:相较于对照组,干预后观察组炎症因子数据值更低,组间差异显著(P<0.05);干预后观察组菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、牙龈指数数据值更低,组间差异显著(P<0.05);干预后观察组口腔咬合力、咀嚼力数据值更高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:于口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体,有利于减轻炎症反应,降低炎症因子水平,改善牙周状况,可促进口腔咬合力与咀嚼力恢复。Objective:To clarify the value of using zirconia restorations in oral restoration.Methods:A total of 95 patients who received oral restoration treatment in the department from February 2023 to February 2024 were included in the study.After random numbering,each patient was randomly assigned to two groups,with 49 patients in the control group and 46 patients in the observation group.The control group received routine oral restoration intervention,while the observation group received zirconia restoration intervention.Different intervention effects(inflammatory factors,plaque index,gingival bleeding index,gingival index,oral bite force,chewing force)were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower data values for inflammatory factors after intervention,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);After intervention,the observation group had lower values for plaque index,gingival bleeding index,and gingival index,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);After intervention,the observation group had higher values of oral bite force and chewing force,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of zirconia restorations in oral restoration is beneficial in reducing inflammatory reactions,lowering levels of inflammatory factors,improving periodontal conditions,promoting the recovery of oral bite and chewing force.
