摘 要:材料去除率是反映抛磨加工效率的重要因素,通过设计三因素三水平正交实验,分析机器人磨抛加工铸铁件过程中砂带粒度、机器人速度及砂带轮转速对材料去除率的影响;方差分析得到机器人运动速度对材料去除率具有显著性影响;分析各个工艺参数对工件材料去除率的影响趋势,分别采用分段线性曲面、分段三次曲面及双调和曲面对结果进行拟合,最后通过多元线性回归分析,建立机器人材料去除率预测模型。The material removal rate is an important factor that reflects the efficiency of the polishing process.A three-factor three-level orthogonal experiment was designed to analyze the effects of belt size,robot speed and belt wheel speed on the material removal rate during the process of robot grinding and processing of iron castings.Through ANOVA,it was found that the robot motion speed had a significant effect on the material removal rate.The influence trend of each process parameter on the material removal rate of the workpiece was further analyzed,and the results of piecewise linear surface,segmented cubic surface and two-tone sum surface were fitted respectively,and finally the prediction model of robot material removal rate was established through multiple linear regression analysis.
