摘  要:基于社会比较理论,以职业表层相似性和资源感知为中介变量,构建双元中介路径模型,探讨高校体育教师间同化和对比作用对教学质量的双重影响。通过方便抽样法对全国318名高校体育教师进行线上和线下问卷调查,采用系数乘积法并应用偏差校正的参数蒙特卡罗拔靴法(Monte Carlo bootstrapping)对模型的中介作用进行估计。研究结果:(1)高校体育教师社会比较对教学质量的同化作用Z=2.780,95%CI[0.05,0.216],p<0.001,f=0.815;(2)高校体育教师社会比较对教学质量的对比作用Z=-3.870,95%CI[-0.140,-0.051],p<0.001,f=0.132。结论:(1)高校体育教师之间在同化作用下会通过职业抱负表层相似性和资源收益感知提升教学质量;(2)高校体育教师之间在对比作用下会通过职业倦怠表层相似性和资源威胁感知降低教学质量。This study,based on social comparison theory,builds a dual-mediation path model to explore the dualeffects of assimilation and contrast among college PE teachers on teaching quality with job surface similarity and resource perception as mediating variables.A total of 318 college PE teachers nationwide were surveyed online and offline by using convenience sampling methods,and the Monte Carlo bootstrapping with bias correction was applied to estimate the mediating effects of the model.Results:(1)Assimilation effect Z=2.780,95%CI[0.05,0.216],p<0.815,f=0.030;(2)contrast effect Z=-3.870,95%CI[-0.140,-0.051],p<0.001,f=0.132.Conclusion:(1)College PE teachers'social comparison will improve teaching quality through job aspiration surface similarity and resource benefit perception in the context of assimilation;(2)college PE teachers'social comparison will reduce teaching quality through job burnout surface similarity and resource threat perception in the context of contrast.
