话语视角下我国产教融合的组织变迁分析

摘　　要：话语是影响产教融合组织变迁的重要动力因素,产教融合话语的提出和实践深受不同时期社会政治经济背景的影响。从清末至今,我国的产教融合分别提出了自强求富、教育救国、单位包办、经济发展、高质量发展等典型话语。不同时期的产教融合话语具有不同的显著的主导特征,并进而影响产教融合的组织形态。在政治主导型话语阶段,表现为紧密型产教融合组织;在市场主导型话语阶段,表现为松散型产教融合组织;在社会主导型话语阶段,表现为协调型产教融合组织。新时期产教融合组织的进一步优化,需要建立包含多元主体的现代治理机构,以实现政府推动和社会支持的协同并进。Discourse is an important driving factor affecting the transformation of industry education integration organizations.The proposal and practice of the discourse on the integration of industry and education are deeply constrained by the social,political,and economic backgrounds of different periods.From the late Qing Dynasty to the present,China's integration of industry and education has put forward typical discourses such as self⁃improvement and wealth seeking,education to save the country,unit monopoly,economic development,and high⁃quality development.The discourse of industry education integration in different periods has significant dominant characteristics,which in turn affects the organizational form of industry education integration.In the stage of politically dominant discourse,it manifests as a tightly integrated organization of industry and education;In the market⁃oriented discourse stage,it manifests as a loose industry education integration organization;In the stage of socially dominant discourse,it manifests as a coordinated industry education integration organization.The further optimization of the integration of industry and education in the new era requires the establishment of a modern governance institution that includes multiple subjects,in order to achieve the coordinated progress of government promotion and social support.
