摘　　要：错位发展原本是经济学术语,旨在通过发挥区域比较优势,实现资源最优配置,促进经济协调发展。职业本科教育与应用型本科教育的错位发展,则是基于我国职业教育改革以及对高层次技术技能人才的迫切需求而形成的。其错位发展能够更好地服务于产业技术升级、构建现代职教体系、促进教育公平、实现职教国际化。高校在选择发展方向时,应综合考虑自身条件和社会需求,只有针对各自定位,明确培养目标、优化课程设置、强化师资建设、深化产教融合,并建立起各有特色的评价机制,才能培养出满足社会需求的多样化人才,推动高等教育的高质量发展。Diversified development is originally an economic term,aiming to achieve optimal resource allocation and promote the coordinated economic development by leveraging regional comparative advantages.The diversified development of vocational undergraduate education and application⁃oriented undergraduate education is formed based on the reform of vocational education in China and the urgent demand for high⁃level technical and skilled talents.This diversified development can better serve the upgrading of industrial technologies,the construction of modern vocational education system,the promotion of educational equity,and the realization of the internationalization of vocational education.When choosing their development directions,universities should comprehensively consider their own conditions and social needs.Only by clarifying their respective positioning,specifying training objectives,optimizing curriculum settings,strengthening faculty development,deepening industry⁃education integration,and establishing distinctive evaluation mechanisms can they cultivate diverse talents to meet social needs and promote the high⁃quality development of higher education.
