摘  要:共同体思想深刻影响着教育学学科语境与话语体系。人自身的质的规定使得人类能够通过改造客观世界与各种事物建立起联系,这种类本质的追求既能促进人的个性化发展,也能唤醒人性的自觉。职业教育的人格本位性、社会性、跨域治理性的特征与人类命运共同体理念在使命与价值上相匹配。通过唤醒人的类本质,为人类命运共同体培养团结意识;通过促进生产力发展和生产关系变革,为构建人类命运共同体提供技术支持;通过深化交流与合作,为人类命运共同体构建新型国际合作关系。从人类命运共同体的视角审视我国职业教育,可以发现其在发展中仍存在话语理解、情感认同、多元适应秩序失位、职教本科生态位失调等方面的问题。构建人类命运共同体是顺应时代发展的必然选择,职业教育高质量发展需要继续秉持人类共享的发展理念,以自身发展促进共享,以促进共享引领发展。同时,要建立更加开放的职业教育体系,增强职业教育国际化战略认知,加强职业教育国际化机制建设,构建起职业教育发展共同体。The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind reflects the objective requirements of a globalized society,and the idea of community deeply influences the context and discourse system of the discipline of education.The inherent quality of human beings enables them to establish connections with various things through the transformation of the objective world.This pursuit of human nature not only promotes personalized development,but also awakens the consciousness of human nature.The personality oriented,social,and cross domain governance characteristics of vocational education match the mission and values of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.By awakening human nature and cultivating a sense of unity for a community with a shared future for mankind;To provide environmental support for building a community with a shared future for mankind by promoting the development of productivity and the transformation of production relations;By deepening exchanges and cooperation,we aim to build a new type of international cooperative relationship for a community with a shared future for mankind.From the perspective of a community with a shared future for mankind,there are still problems in the development of vocational education in China,such as discourse understanding,emotional identification,loss of diverse adaptation order,and imbalance in the ecological niche of vocational education undergraduate programs.Building a community with a shared future for mankind is an inevitable choice in line with the development of the times.The high⁃quality development of vocational education needs to continue to uphold the development concept of human sharing,promote sharing through its own development,and lead development through promoting sharing.At the same time,establish a more open vocational education system,enhance the strategic awareness of vocational internationalization,strengthen the construction of vocational education internationalization mechanisms,and build a community for the developm
