农村职业教育与“技能乡村”协同发展的内在逻辑与实践路径

摘　　要：农村职业教育与“技能乡村”协同发展是中国式现代化建设的重要内容。农村职业教育与“技能乡村”协同发展,可以打通现代乡村的“教育·科技·人才”链,推动乡村的创新发展;可以有效推动农村职业教育体系的完善,平衡乡村技能型人才的供求关系;还可以使农村职业教育与“技能乡村”相互支撑,凝聚乡村发展的合力。但是当前在推动农村职业教育与“技能乡村”协同发展过程中存在多重障碍,主要表现在:“重学轻术”的传统思想导致二者陷入生存困境;“互利双赢”的协同机制缺失导致二者的协同力不足;“保障性环境”不足导致二者协同发展的社会基础不牢。为进一步推动农村职业教育与“技能乡村”的协同发展,需要以“价值整合”为导向优化政策体系,聚合二者协同发展的“向心力”;构建“全生命周期”的合作联动机制,降低二者协同发展的“摩擦力”;以“协同育人”为旨归构建运行保障平台,增强二者协同发展的“驱动力”。The coordinated development of rural vocational education and"skilled rural areas"is an important part of the construction of Chinese⁃style modernization.The coordinated development of rural vocational education and"skilled rural areas"can unblock the"education⁃technology⁃talent"chain in modern rural areas,and promote the innovative development of rural areas.It can effectively promote the improvement of the rural vocational education system and balance the supply and demand of rural skilled talents.Moreover,it can enable rural vocational education and"skilled rural areas"to support each other and pool the joint forces for rural development.Nonetheless,at present,there are numerous hurdles in advancing the coordinated development of rural vocational education and"skilled rural areas".This collaboration can achieve three key objectives:Firstly,it integrates the"education⁃technology⁃talent"chain in modern rural areas,thereby driving innovative development.Secondly,it promotes the improvement of rural vocational education systems and balances the supply⁃demand relationship for skilled professionals.Thirdly,it establishes mutual support mechanisms between vocational education and rural skills development,consolidating joint efforts for rural revitalization.To further promote the coordinated development of rural vocational education and"skilled rural areas",it is essential to optimize the policy system with the guidance of"value integration",aggregating the"centripetal force"for their coordinated development.We should establish a"full⁃life⁃cycle"cooperation and linkage mechanism to reduce the"friction"in their coordinated development.Moreover,an operational guarantee platform should be constructed with the goal of"co⁃cultivating talents"to strengthen the"driving force"for their coordinated development.
