摘  要:目的:构建综合医院全科护士核心能力评价体系。方法:运用文献研究法构建综合医院全科医学科护士的核心能力评价体系,通过德尔菲法对综合医院全科医学科的18名专家进行函询,根据函询意见调整条目。结果:最终确立的综合医院全科医学科护士核心能力评价体系包括6个一级指标、16个二级指标、58个三级指标。2轮专家函询的有效回收率分别为90%和100%,专家的权威系数分别为0.912,0.917,一级指标、二级指标、三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.279,0.286,0.254(P<0.01)。结论:该研究构建的综合医院全科医学科护士核心能力评价体系较为可靠和实用,为培养全科护理人才,促进全科护理服务质量提供参考。Objective:To establish a core competency evaluation system for general nurses in comprehensive hospitals.Methods:The core competence evaluation system of general practice nurses was constructed by using the literature research method.Through the Delphi method method,18 experts in the general practice department of comprehensive hospitals were consulted by correspondence,and the items were adjusted according to the opinions of correspondence.Results:The final established core competency evaluation system for general practice nurses in comprehensive hospitals included 6 primary indicators,16 secondary indicators,and 58 tertiary indicators.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert inquiry were 90% and 100%,respectively.The authority coefficients of the experts were 0.912 and 0.917,respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficients of the first,second,and third level indicators were 0.279,0.286,and 0.254(P<0.01),respectively.Conclusion:The core competency evaluation system for general practice nurses in comprehensive hospitals constructed is relatively reliable and practical,providing reference for cultivating general practice nursing talents and promoting the quality of general practice nursing services.
