摘  要:建设高水平“双师型”护理教师队伍是推动护理教育高质量发展的关键举措,是为实现健康中国战略培养卓越护理人才的重要保障。南京医科大学护理学专业基于校院合作模式,通过明确建设目标,完善政策保障,搭建交流平台,提升教育教学、临床专科及科研创新能力,建设了一支特色鲜明的“双师型”护理教师队伍,可为高校护理学专业“双师型”教师队伍建设提供新的思路和参考。The construction of high-level"double-qualified"nursing undergraduate teaching faculty is a key measure to promote the highquality development of nursing education and an indispensable guarantee for cultivating outstanding nursing talents to achieve the strategy of Healthy China.Based on the school-hospital cooperation model,the nursing discipline of Nanjing Medical University has established a distinctive double-qualified nursing undergraduate teaching faculty by clarifying construction goals,providing policy support,constructing communication platform,improving education and teaching ability,clinical specialty ability and scientific research and innovation ability.This effective experience can provide new ideas and references for the construction of a"double-qualified"nursing undergraduate teaching faculty in higher education institutions.
