摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在多个场合强调领导干部敢作善为的重要性。习近平总书记关于领导干部敢作善为重要论述是对中华优秀传统文化中选贤任能理念的创造性转化和创新性发展,探寻其内在的优秀传统文化底蕴,对新时代培养堪当民族复兴重任的高素质干部队伍具有极其重要的价值意蕴。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary XI Jinping has stressed the importance of leaders’performance with courage and expertise on many occasions.XI Jinping’s important statements on leaders’performance with courage and expertise is the creative transformation and innovative development of the concept of leaders’selection and appointment in Chinese traditional culture.The exploration of its inherent cultural heritage has extremely important value implication for the training of high-quality leaders to achieve national rejuvenation in the new era.
