民族高校汉藏翻译人才培养方法探析

摘　　要：目前就业形式趋紧,在民族高校落实立德树人根本任务的基础上,着力构建高质量教育体系,全面提升人才培养质量,是更好地服务基层民族工作的必然要求。通过对青海民族大学中国少数民族语言文学汉藏翻译人才培养和毕业生就业现状的调查研究发现,当前的人才培养中存在诸如课程体系不完善,培养的人才专业化、职业化不足,从而在就业中缺乏竞争优势、职业前景模糊等问题。所以,应大力推进“四新”课程建设,完善教学模式;积极推动翻译技术和人工智能的发展;提升学生专业技能和职业素养;探索“校企”或“校政”合作办学,建设综合性实践教学基地;加强理想信念教育,铸牢中华民族共同体意识;完善就业服务体系,建立多元化就业观念。只有将翻译人才培养工作落到实处,培养复合型汉藏翻译人才,才能促进学生就业能力的全面提高,推动汉藏翻译方向学生的充分就业。Against the backdrop of a tightening employment situation,Minzu universities should focus on building a high-quality education system and comprehensively improving the quality of talent cultivation on the basis of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talent.This is an inevitable requirement for better serving grassroots Minzu work.This article conducts a survey and research on the cultivation of Chinese minority language and literature translation talents and the employment status of graduates in our school.It is recognized that there are problems in the current talent cultivation,such as incomplete curriculum system,insufficient professionalization and specialization of talents,lack of competitive advantages in employment,and vague career prospects.Therefore,the author believes that we should vigorously promote the construction of the"Four New"curriculum and improve the teaching mode;Actively embracing the development of translation technology and artificial intelligence;Enhance students'professional skills and professional ethics,and improve the accuracy of translations;Explore school-enterprise or school-government cooperation in running schools and establish comprehensive practical teaching bases;Strengthening education on ideals and beliefs,and forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation;Improve the employment service system and establish a diversified employment concept;Only by implementing the training of translation talents can we cultivate compound Chinese-Tibetan translation talents,and promote the comprehensive improvement of students'employability and facilitate the full employment of students in the field of Chinese-Tibetan translation.
