GenAI赋能的人机双师协同教学研究——基于清华大学计算机基础课程的案例分析

摘  要:生成式人工智能(Generative Artificial Intelligence,GenAI)技术的出现,给高校教育教学带来了重大变革。在此背景下,文章从AI数字能力培养、教学模式构建、教学平台建设、课程设计与实践四个方面,对GenAI赋能的人机双师协同教学展开了探索:首先,文章指出人工智能时代的教学任务是培养学生的AI数字能力;接着,文章以人机双师互补、人机双师协同为理论框架,构建了GenAI赋能的人机双师协同教学模式;之后,文章从课程社区、互动社区、群学社区三个维度,介绍了人机双师协同的GenAI平台建设情况;最后,文章以清华大学计算机基础课程为例进行了案例分析,验证了人机双师协同的教学效果。研究发现,GenAI赋能的人机双师协同教学模式显著提升了学生的AI数字能力,增强了学生学习的积极性和主动性;人机协同可以实现优势互补;学生对课程的教学满意度较高,课程的推荐度良好。文章对GenAI赋能的人机双师协同教学进行了理论探索和实践应用,为高校教学探索了一条新路径,有助于推动GenAI技术与教育教学的融合。The emergence of Generative Artificial Intelligence(GenAI)technology has brought significant changes to higher education and teaching.Under this context,the paper explored GenAI-empowered human-machine dual-teacher collaborative teaching from four aspects of AI digital ability cultivation,teaching models construction,teaching platforms development,and curriculum design and practice.Firstly,it was pointed out in this paper that in the era of artificial intelligence,the teaching task was to cultivate students’AI digital ability.Secondly,based on the theoretical framework of human-machine dual-teacher complementarity and human-machine dual-teacher collaboration,a GenAI-empowered human-machine dual-teacher collaborative teaching model was constructed.After that,the construction situations of a human-machine dual-teacher collaborative GenAI platform were introduced from three dimensions of course community,interactive community,and group learning community.Finally,taking the computer basic courses at Tsinghua University as an example to carry out case analysis,the teaching effectiveness of human-machine dual-teacher collaboration was verified.It was found that the GenAI-empowered human-machine dual-teacher collaborative teaching model significantly improved students’AI digital ability and enhanced students’learning enthusiasm and initiative;man-machine collaboration can realize complementary advantages;the students had a high level of satisfaction with the course,and the course recommendation was good.This paper provided theoretical exploration and practical application of GenAI-empowered human-machine dual-teacher collaborative teaching,and explored a new path for university teaching,further promoting the integration of GenAI technology with teaching and learning.
