摘  要:企业办社会职能分离移交后,预防和化解相关矛盾风险的难度增大,企业信访稳定工作面临着新的形势任务和实践课题。面对新变化新挑战,必须落实企业党委要求,坚持有效经验作法,加快转变思想观念,全面推进转型调整,构建完善体系机制,营造和谐稳定良好环境,为企业高质量发展切实发挥保障作用。After the separation and transfer of social functions,the difficulty of preventing and resolving related conflicts and risks has increased,and the company's petition and stability work is facing new tasks and challenges.In response to these new changes and challenges,it is necessary to implement the Party committee's requirements,adhere to effective experiences and practices,accelerate the shift in mindset,comprehensively promote transformation and adjustment,build and improve systems and mechanisms,and create a harmonious and stable environment to effectively support the company's high-quality development.
