摘 要:本研究通过个案研究方式,发现当前中部地区乡镇中心幼儿园高质量发展面临资源配置、管理制度、课程建设、教师队伍四方面的困境,政府责任的弱化、财政投入的不足、资源利用的忽视、专业管理的缺失是困境形成的主要原因。研究建议:构建政策倒逼机制,加大农村学前教育联动性资源投入力度;改革乡镇中心幼儿园管理体制,创新区域结对帮扶机制;挖掘可利用资源,开发本土化园本课程;健全农村幼儿园教师专业发展支持体系,建设高质量师资队伍。Through a case study approach,this research found that high-quality development of township central kindergartens in the central region is facing four challenges:resource allocation,management system,curriculum development,and teacher team.The main reasons for these challenges are the weakening of government responsibility,inadequate financial investment,neglect of resource utilization,and lack of professional management.The research suggests that a policy-driven mechanism should be established to increase the investment of linked resources for rural preschool education.The management system of township central kindergartens should be reformed,and innovative regional pairing and assistance mechanisms should be developed.Available resources should be explored,and localized kindergarten-based curriculums should be developed.A support system for the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers should be established,and a high-quality teaching staff should be built.
