摘 要:目的 建立了全自动顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用测定地表水中16种多环芳烃的分析方法。方法 利用全自动顶空固相微萃取技术富集地表水中多环芳烃,萃取条件为萃取温度60℃,萃取时间40 min,振摇速度500 r/min,气相色谱-质谱法进行定性定量分析。结果 该方法在0~10.0μg/L质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)为0.9764~0.9990,加标回收率在75.9%~108%之间,相对标准偏差小于6.0%。应用该方法对市城区地表水样进行测定,未检测出多环芳烃。结论 该方法灵敏、准确、简便且提取过程不需要有机溶剂,能够满足地表水中16种多环芳烃的分析要求。Objective A fully automatic headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in surface water.Methods The fully automatic headspace solid-phase microextraction technology was used to enrich PAHs in surface water,the extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 60℃,extraction time 40 min and oscillation speed 500 r/min.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used for performing qualitative and quantitative analysis.Results Under the optimized condition,good linearity was achieved under the mass concentration ranging 0-10.0μg/L,and the correlation coefficients(r)were in the range of 0.9,764-0.9,990.The recoveries were 75.9%-108%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 6.0%.The method was applied to the determination of surface water samples collected from urban areas,and no polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were detected.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate and simple,and does not require organic solvents in the extraction process.It can meet the requirement for detecting 16 kinds of PAHs in surface water.
