摘 要:教育失败是教育实践活动背离教育预期目的所产生的实际效果,表现为多种层次和类型,具有演化时间长、效果滞后、归因复杂、影响深远等特点。教育之所以失败,从内因看,主要是由于教育价值取向扭曲、教育目的错置、教育决策失误、教育体制机制障碍、队伍能力欠缺等。避免教育失败,需要牢牢把握正确的教育方向,统筹协调好各种内外部关系,系统总结借鉴教育失败的历史教训,建立健全教育重大风险防控机制,强化教育发展战略研究。Educational failure is the actual effect of educational practice activities deviating from the expected educational goals,manifested in multiple levels and types,with characteristics such as long evolution time,lagging effects,complex attribution,and far-reaching impact.The main reasons for the failure of education,from an internal perspective,are the distortion of educational value orientation,misplacement of educational objectives,errors in educational decision-making,obstacles in educational system mechanisms,and lack of team capacity.To avoid educational failure,it is necessary to firmly grasp the correct direction of education,coordinate various internal and external relationships,systematically summarize and draw lessons from the history of educational failure,establish and improve mechanisms for preventing and controlling major educational risks,and strengthen research on educational development strategies.
